There are two options - coaching tips (one way texts with no reply) and one-to-one coaching (text conversations with Dr. Sullivan) that help out between meetings or when you find yourself in a situation needing support.

Coaching Tips at your Fingertips
Select this subscription service to receive on-going text coaching (a minimum of three messages per week) from Dr. Sullivan. She'll share advice, exercises to help you make progress, and discussion starters. Designed for parents of challenging teens, this text stream content comes straight from Dr. Sullivan’s family intensive programs. This is a one way “broadcast” from Dr. Sullivan, and like an email subscription, but straight to your phone via text.

One-to-One Text Coaching
One-to-one coaching is a great option for busy parents and families that are working with specific challenges that require on-going guidance and direct communication with Dr. Sullivan. All messages sent will be responded to directly by Dr. Sullivan. The service is not for an unlimited amount of texting, but you may expect up to 3 conversations per week. This is a great add-on extension to regular client interaction.
